What a great group of people. Carrie was always available when we needed anything. Her knowledge of the area is second to none. We are so happy we found Carrie for our realtor. We were moving from another state and she was the agent for the house we were interested in. That house sold but she asked what it was about that house that we liked and then showed us several other houses that matched what we were looking for. She was very responsive, friendly, she knew the area and showed us around. She gave us lots of tips and local information that we would want to know. Our bank was terrible and we didn't close on the date we were supposed to close. She was very communicative and helped stay on them, as well as working with Title and any other parties to get it closed. Cayce on her team helped stay in touch and provide info when needed in case Carrie was unavailable. It was a great experience and we would definitely recommend Carrie to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in East Texas!

Carrie showed us 5 houses in our price point and gave us information about the area and let us talk about our needs and helped us make the right decision for my son and his girl friend. Everything from start to close went as smoothly as it should have with little to no problems. I will use Carrie again when I want to purchase in the area or if someday I decided to rent the property.
