I don't really think I could say enough to explain how Casie was the key to this whole process for us. Her counsel and effort were outstanding. Besides that, Casie is a very caring person and I believe she went the "extra mile" to care for us during this time. She is so much more than just an agent, she is a friend, advocate, counselor, encourager and security blanket! The home buying/selling process is not for the faint of heart. It is extremely complicated, fraught with challenges and a great exercise in patience and perseverance. This is not indicative of the agent, nor the broker, it is simply inherent in the process. Perhaps more complicated because of the state (California!!) we live in?

She met with us, gave us a detailed market analysis of our home, gave us tips and ideas to improve curb and buyer appeal and most importantly she listened to us.She heard from us what we wanted and needed and got to work. Once we listed with her, she brought us an offer within two weeks. She then worked with us to negotiate the offer into something we could accept and our home closed 30 days later. What I love most about Casie is that we ALWAYS felt that she had our best interest throughout our process. She was always quick to return a communication, there with an explanation if we didn't understand something and had an answer if we had a question. From the very start, she was on the same page as I who looking to rent something for less than my recently raised rent in Angels Camp. Then I saw a picture on the computer of a little mobile home in Sonora that resembled an old western facade on top of this cute little place. I loved it inside and out, but unfortunately it was turned into a cash listing and it was too much for me, so I got the loan for the first-time, low-income buyer at Casie's suggestion and even tho it turned out I didn't use it, she found me a mobile in Jamestown that was affordable and I decided to look at it and now after going through much back and forth banter and getting some of what we wanted and countering offers, etc., it's mine. All the while Casie was on my side even when I decided to cancel my offer in the very beginning when I got a bad case of buyer's remorse. My little mobile is a fixer upper and is going to take some of my savings to cosmetically make it look younger and be comfortable for me in the next few years. I might flip it and I might stay longer, I'm not sure. Time will tell. Casie was always there for me explaining all that legal jargon on all those forms you have to fill out and I was able to sign by computer and not have to run back and forth to her office. She is a top=knotch sales woman and I would recommend her to my best friends. She's more than just a sales person to me, she's my good friend.
