I don't really think I could say enough to explain how Casie was the key to this whole process for us. Her counsel and effort were outstanding. Besides that, Casie is a very caring person and I believe she went the "extra mile" to care for us during this time. She is so much more than just an agent, she is a friend, advocate, counselor, encourager and security blanket! The home buying/selling process is not for the faint of heart. It is extremely complicated, fraught with challenges and a great exercise in patience and perseverance. This is not indicative of the agent, nor the broker, it is simply inherent in the process. Perhaps more complicated because of the state (California!!) we live in?

Once we listed with her, she brought us an offer within two weeks. She then worked with us to negotiate the offer into something we could accept and our home closed 30 days later. What I love most about Casie is that we ALWAYS felt that she had our best interest throughout our process. There was never a time when we doubted her abilities and talent and that made the whole process of selling our home pretty much stress free. She was always quick to return a communication, there with an explanation if we didn't understand something and had an answer if we had a question. In the end, Casie got us what we wanted and had asked for. She is the consummate real estate professional, who is a genuine, caring and easy to work with individual.
