From the very start, she was on the same page as I who looking to rent something for less than my recently raised rent in Angels Camp. Then I saw a picture on the computer of a little mobile home in Sonora that resembled an old western facade on top of this cute little place. I loved it inside and out, but unfortunately it was turned into a cash listing and it was too much for me, so I got the loan for the first-time, low-income buyer at Casie's suggestion and even tho it turned out I didn't use it, she found me a mobile in Jamestown that was affordable and I decided to look at it and now after going through much back and forth banter and getting some of what we wanted and countering offers, etc., it's mine. All the while Casie was on my side even when I decided to cancel my offer in the very beginning when I got a bad case of buyer's remorse. My little mobile is a fixer upper and is going to take some of my savings to cosmetically make it look younger and be comfortable for me in the next few years. I might flip it and I might stay longer, I'm not sure. Time will tell. Casie was always there for me explaining all that legal jargon on all those forms you have to fill out and I was able to sign by computer and not have to run back and forth to her office. She is a top=knotch sales woman and I would recommend her to my best friends. She's more than just a sales person to me, she's my good friend.

I was a first time buyer. Had no idea what to expect. Kinda thought it would be a nightmare. Every question I had was answered. The advice on inspections and warranties was great. Everything was done for me. Awesome experience.

I could start that I just liked her, I felt she was honest and seemed to know the area very well. I could say anything and she understood what I wanted and she made me feel comfortable. Cassie is young and has a family, she shared enough of her personal like that I felt we had a friendly rapport. I found out half way through our relationship that she knew a couple of my nieces, actually when to school with them. She always called me back right away when I had questions and I had a lot. Cassie put up, (she didn't make me feel like she just "put up" with me) with all my questions and changes I made last minute. In short Cassie made the entire process friendly and stress free.
