Her vast experience is apparent when dealing with the procedures and paper work, but I felt like she provided much more than that. She was our eyes locally when we were remote, and she is an extremely good listener. Every point that would come up in our myriad of calls would be noted down and she would help follow up. On top of her knowledge and great communication skills, it's easy to tell that she truly enjoys this line of work. And it's obvious it's not just work for her, but she gets pleasure out of helping people in what can otherwise be some difficult situations to navigate. There's a ton of work involved in being an agent already, but Chana goes so much beyond that. It's not a surprise to me at all that she has provided such great value to so many people, and we are now one of them.
