We needed help with our new construction home from across the country (New York to Washington), and not knowing anyone in the area that we could get referrals from, took to searching online. And boy are we glad we came across Chana! We read through all the testimonials and after a quick chat with her felt like she would be a good fit to help us navigate through a number of new experiences. And I can safely say that was one of the best decisions we made throughout our big journey. From the very first call it was easy to tell that Chana is as friendly as she is professional. Over the course of many weeks and months did that become more and more apparent. She's kind, honest, and I can confidently say will try her very best to help in whatever way she can. Her vast experience is apparent when dealing with the procedures and paper work, but I felt like she provided much more than that. She was our eyes locally when we were remote, and she is an extremely good listener. Every point that would come up in our myriad of calls would be noted down and she would help follow up. On top of her knowledge and great communication skills, it's easy to tell that she truly enjoys this line of work. And it's obvious it's not just work for her, but she gets pleasure out of helping people in what can otherwise be some difficult situations to navigate. There's a ton of work involved in being an agent already, but Chana goes so much beyond that. It's not a surprise to me at all that she has provided such great value to so many people, and we are now one of them. I will certainly be reaching out to Chana when we need some help in the future, and she 100% has our recommendations for anyone that we know. It has been a pleasure to get to work with her and to get to know her, and we hope to continue to stay in touch! She listened to our needs (a Trust liquidation), analyzed the condition of our house (rough but really good bones) and using a thorough local comparison she gave us options and advice on how to best market and at what price(s) to sell our house. I feel she positioned us perfectly using online tools and full market coverage. This is evident by the fact we sold in one day for more than $40K over listing price and we did not have to do anything to the house..."sold as is" Working with Chana was an amazingly successful and an unbelievably easy experience. We were very comfortable working with her as her experience, local knowledge and honesty were evident from our very first meeting. She had all the answers to all our questions and concerns and we felt she was in our corner at all times. I personally appreciated her accessibility when we needed it either by phone or in person, since we were not local scheduling and communication was a bit tricky. Very rarely, in this day and age, do you find someone that is motivated, detail orientated, experienced while still being down to earth and trustworthy from start to finish.
