She listened to our needs (a Trust liquidation), analyzed the condition of our house (rough but really good bones) and using a thorough local comparison she gave us options and advice on how to best market and at what price(s) to sell our house. I feel she positioned us perfectly using online tools and full market coverage. This is evident by the fact we sold in one day for more than $40K over listing price and we did not have to do anything to the house..."sold as is" Working with Chana was an amazingly successful and an unbelievably easy experience. We were very comfortable working with her as her experience, local knowledge and honesty were evident from our very first meeting. She had all the answers to all our questions and concerns and we felt she was in our corner at all times. I have to admit that the fresh sunflowers Chana brought the very first time I met her were a wonderful touch!!! Chana is a wonderful person!!! Since the home sold before it even went on the market, we didnt have a chance to work with anyone else in the office except Chana; however, I imagine that everyone is as wonderful as she is!!!
