I wanted someone with lots of experience, strong market knowledge, preferably someone who was born and raised in the area. It was important to me to work with someone who had a great deal of experience, was professional and pleasant to deal with. But much more than that, I wanted someone with integrity and I found all those qualities in Chana. Not so for others in the industry unfortunately. I think that if most people recognized the value of the training, knowledge and experience Chana has, combined with her great personality and extremely strong desire to make her clients happy, then she'd have more business than she could handle. She checked all the boxes on my blue sky wish list. Chana's husband Steve was as great to work with as Chana. Plus I really enjoyed talking with him about other things as we waited on an inspection together. I was very lucky to get with a team like that. They're winners. If I ever buy another house, I'll use Chana, and I'll recommend others to use her too. As a matter of fact, I already have recommended her to a person who is considering moving to the area.
