I have worked with Chana and Steven Dolbey on 3 properties now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They have developed a fantastic network including a mortgage broker who was instrumental in moving my latest deal from offer to close in 3 weeks! I'm the kind of person who likes to get in and get it done, and they definitely accommodated my style.

Buyer reviewChana went above and beyond with us. We were living in Georgia when we made the decision to move out here - on the other side of the country! As one might imagine- we didn't have much knowledge of the state to even begin to figure out where we wanted to look for homes. After a brief conversation with Chana, she had a pretty clear idea of what we wanted and was able to work within our budget. We flew in for 3 days and had the pleasure of spending 1 and a half of those with her. We found our house the first day out with her and had an offer submitted the same night. Once we were back in Georgia, we had to handle pretty much everything through email and phone calls. Chana made that work out amazingly stress free as well!
