Chana was excellent from the start. We had only a week visit to pick out a house and she navigated us to every single one we wanted to see in a timely and organized manner. She clearly and consistently communicated with us throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond to get questions and concerns answered and taken care of. If you are looking for a team that will make you the top priority, understand what you are looking for, respect your time and needs, and be professional, friendly, helpful and efficient, got with Century 21 Northstar. I have worked with Chana and Steven Dolbey on 3 properties now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They have developed a fantastic network including a mortgage broker who was instrumental in moving my latest deal from offer to close in 3 weeks!
