Chana went above and beyond with us. We were living in Georgia when we made the decision to move out here - on the other side of the country! As one might imagine- we didn't have much knowledge of the state to even begin to figure out where we wanted to look for homes. After a brief conversation with Chana, she had a pretty clear idea of what we wanted and was able to work within our budget. We flew in for 3 days and had the pleasure of spending 1 and a half of those with her. We found our house the first day out with her and had an offer submitted the same night. Once we were back in Georgia, we had to handle pretty much everything through email and phone calls. Chana made that work out amazingly stress free as well!

With all the many other comments I've already written here, I'll tell you one thing. If you want to sell your house - Chana knows the market. If you have any questions, Chana has the answers. If you have a little bit of nerves and anxiousness, Chana will calm your fears. Let Chana take control, while you sit back and relax. I'm glad I met her and I always get a smile on my face when I see her smile! She's just a truly neat person.
