Seller reviewShe was absolutely amazing! She was very helpful and understanding. Our house had an offer within two days of hitting the market and Charla was very quick with responses and making sure everything was understood. Knowing how stressed we were having to move so quickly as well as being in the process of buying a home through her, she cooked us dinner and dessert plus brought everything needed to eat with! We couldn't have asked for a more kind hearted,helpful, understanding agent in such a stressful time! We would absolutely recommend her to anyone that is buying or selling! It was great to build a new lifelong friendship as well! I believe Century 21 did great as well! The advertisement was great and the signs were very large and pretty not just another sign. It was the quickest, easiest sell we have been through.

Anytime there were issues she dealt with them with patience and made sure the whole process kept streamlining accordingly. She made buying our new home as stress-free as possible. She was very knowledgeable of her job and went above and beyond to take care of us. Charla is very personable and each time I talked to her I felt like I was speaking to a friend. After the purchase of our home she cooked an amazing homemade dinner and delivered it to us just in the nick of time; right when we thought we couldn't handle one more fast food meal she shows up!
