Our house had an offer within two days of hitting the market and Charla was very quick with responses and making sure everything was understood. Knowing how stressed we were having to move so quickly as well as being in the process of buying a home through her, she cooked us dinner and dessert plus brought everything needed to eat with! We couldn't have asked for a more kind hearted,helpful, understanding agent in such a stressful time! We would absolutely recommend her to anyone that is buying or selling! It was great to build a new lifelong friendship as well! I believe Century 21 did great as well! The advertisement was great and the signs were very large and pretty not just another sign. It was the quickest, easiest sell we have been through.
