She was absolutely amazing! She was very helpful and understanding. Our house had an offer within two days of hitting the market and Charla was very quick with responses and making sure everything was understood. Knowing how stressed we were having to move so quickly as well as being in the process of buying a home through her, she cooked us dinner and dessert plus brought everything needed to eat with! We couldn't have asked for a more kind hearted,helpful, understanding agent in such a stressful time! We would absolutely recommend her to anyone that is buying or selling! I believe Century 21 did great as well! The advertisement was great and the signs were very large and pretty not just another sign.

Charla Durham was amazing through the whole purchasing experience. Anytime there were issues she dealt with them with patience and made sure the whole process kept streamlining accordingly. She made buying our new home as stress-free as possible. She was very knowledgeable of her job and went above and beyond to take care of us. Charla is very personable and each time I talked to her I felt like I was speaking to a friend. After the purchase of our home she cooked an amazing homemade dinner and delivered it to us just in the nick of time; right when we thought we couldn't handle one more fast food meal she shows up! Charla rates Excellant and then some on all the Characteristics listed in the previous survey: polite, understanding, friendly, patient, helpful, trustworthy, professional, very accessible, respective and approachable. She is very dedicated to her clients and goes the EXTRA mile every time all the time to assist/help her clients; no matter the number of questions, simple or complicated. She explains them all on a level clients are able to understand.
In addition, Charla is very knowledgeable about every aspect of buying and selling world especially in this area and all it encompasses. Even beyond, for example, we needed an agent in the San Antonio, Texas area. She immediately told us she would put us in touch with someone she would recommend.
She is always professional ready with a beautiful smile. Charla is easy to talk to. She also impressed me with her patience, calm approach and "no ruffled feathers" when things get hectic with many things to do in a short time. She's steady on consequently manages to complete everything.

Charla Durham was our agent for the recent sale of our house. We live out of the country so our communication was done via emails and messaging. Her responses were always timely. She never made us feel like we were too demanding or unreasonable in anything that we ever asked of her. If she could not answer our questions she would investigate and find the answer. There were never any games. Charla always did what she said she would do. The final paperwork for our closing was handled very well. October 2017
I would also like to mention Steve Delia who took the time to meet with me when I was in town to discuss the sale of the house. He offered very sage advice. Charla made us feel like family evertime i walked into the office she stopped whatever she was doing and gave me 100% of her attention.
