Buyer reviewWe moved from the East Coast to OKC and it was quite a process. Other family members had previously worked with Charlie during the purchase and buying process of their homes so we felt very comfortable with her immediately. Since we were new to the area we flew out for a weekend to house hunt and wanted to look at a LOT of houses in a very short period of time. Charlie made sure she was able to devote her time to us during those days and was very patient as we went from house to house changing the criteria of want we wanted along the way! Charlie made the whole process painless and was always available to answer questions. I would recommend Charlie Sanford as your realtor .

Gary and Charlie were so patient with me and took the time to make sure I understood everything every step of the way! They offered up educated opinions and advice when asked and knew the market very well. Gary went above and beyond to make sure I had a chance to look at as many houses that met my criteria as possible and Charlie was fierce in negotiations and helped me to land a great deal on my new home.
