Buyer reviewI was using a different realtor that did not take selling homes very seriously. That made me look for a new realtor. I actually found her husband, Gary, on realtor.com and he helped me first by showing me the homes. When I was serious about making an offer on one, Charlie came in a did such a great job. She showed me the house a couple more times while waiting to hear back about the offer I put in. She came to me to explain the paperwork I was signing and took so much time out of her schedule to do so. And they were very supportive atcosif. Very knowledgeable about the process as well as the area I was moving to. Charlie and her husband make a great team and went above and beyond what I expected.

Her assessment of our house's sale value proved correct with the final sale price and the actual appraisal. Charlie was quick to find time to show us houses that met our requirements, even though she lived on the other side of the metropolitan area.
