Buyer reviewWe were so lucky to have Che Canyon as our Realtor. Che has a diverse skillset in that he is an excellent communicator, excellent negotiator and has thourough understanding of the market. He is a good listener and teacher as well. I truly do not think we would be in our beautiful home today if not for Che. We had a budget that we had to stick to and even though our offer was not the highest he was able to use his magic and make it happen. We are very greateful to Che Canyon.

Buyer reviewChe was honest, friendly and a great resource in helping me figure out where best to live in Sacramento as I really don't know the area. He must've showed me at least 30 properties as I was frantically trying to find a place that I liked in the timeframe I had before I had to move. And even though my price point was at the lowest and possible he always treated my search, as though it was really important, which was lovely because it was to me and I ended up finding a home and a little community that I love and I'm excited about fixing up my way. Che was a huge part of helping me find my just right home. I made two separate trips in person with him actually going to homes as well as doing many virtual walk throughs when I was in Washington which really helped. I would highly recommend Che to my friends and family. Hopefully I won't have to move soon if ever, but if I do, I would definitely have Che sell my home.
