Buyer reviewChe Canyon was the absolute definition of helpful and communicative. Even when we weren't seeing a lot of listings that we liked, he periodically reached out to check in with us and offer his assistance. When it came time to put in an offer, he was so knowledable about the process and what sellers typically look for (offer amount, contingencies, inspections, etc.) that we were called "the ideal buyers" because everything went so smoothly and efficiently. We're currently working with Che on selling our old house and it is such a relief in these stressful times knowing he 100% has our backs.

He is a good listener and teacher as well. I truly do not think we would be in our beautiful home today if not for Che.
