Seller reviewWhen I was overwhelmed with the passing of my mother and had no idea where to start in selling her property and had no time to find a realtor, Che showed up within an hour. Within the next hour, he surveyed the property, suggested a plan and got to work. He delivered on everything he said he could do, came in under budget and got the house closed faster than promised all while continuing to keep me updated every step of the way. I can't imagine anyone doing a better job. His professionalism, integrity, work ethic and kindness is is second to none. I can't overstate how incredible how incredible Che is. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Even when we weren't seeing a lot of listings that we liked, he periodically reached out to check in with us and offer his assistance. When it came time to put in an offer, he was so knowledable about the process and what sellers typically look for (offer amount, contingencies, inspections, etc.) that we were called "the ideal buyers" because everything went so smoothly and efficiently. We're currently working with Che on selling our old house and it is such a relief in these stressful times knowing he 100% has our backs.
