Cherie Faltenbacher was the most amazing realtor we've ever had. This was not our first rodeo when it came to house hunting and Cherie was extremely knowledgeable and assisted us with every twist and turn we encountered in our journey. We hit many bumps in the road with purchasing our current home but Cherie handled everything with ease. And I think our Gibbsboro home will forever live in infamy at the Century 21 office. She made multiple trips to deal with the township and handle the various issues that surfaced from our survey with our two sheds and the driveway. She covered her bases to ensure the driveway issue was resolved so we would never run into the same issues the sellers did. Also, after closing when the mortgage company tried to reverse our closing, she was prompt in alerting us and keep us abreast of any updates throughout the process. I've never met anyone so helpful and caring and dedicated to her clients as Cherie. I'm sure the commission she made on our house does not even cover the amount of time and effort she put in but we are ever so grateful. It really is our dream house that we've waited for almost 5 years to find and we will forever be indebted to you Cherie and we will recommend you to everyone we know.

Cherie was so terrific! We were in the middle of a horrible process on a different house with a different realtor and Cherie saved the day! She was able to show us our house on incredibly short notice. She was honest and upfront and didn't try to sell us on the house by hiding the scary stuff. A couple of issues with repair requests, but overall a smooth process. Looking forward to Cherie finding our perfect neighbor. :)
