The attentiveness Cheryl gave exceeded what was expected. Like all categories she excelled in these!! From the start Cheryl was beyond polite, professional, caring and extremely patient. Regardless of time or day of the week she was always available to answer any questions asked. Never did I feel like I was bothering her or did her replies. She was always exceeded my expectations. Being a former client of Cheryl made the choice easy. Her professionalism and knowledge of the business was excellent. Prior to listing our home Cheryl took the time to research comparable homes in the area to better help judge our listing price. She also had a professional photographer take numerous beautiful photos to post on the wide range of realty websites.
