The term 24/7 is something she lives by when it comes to real-estate. Always polite, caring, understanding and never to busy to answer a question regardless of the time sets her above the rest.
Cheryls ability to communicate, negotiate and attention to fine detail was above and beyond. Whenever a listing was sent to her so we could set up a viewing her knowledge of the area, neighborhood and ability to help steer me in the right direction was outstanding.
Everyone whom I dealt with was professional and kind.
The experience thanks to all of Cheryl's hard work and dedication solidified my choice.

Like all categories she excelled in these!! From the start Cheryl was beyond polite, professional, caring and extremely patient. Regardless of time or day of the week she was always available to answer any questions asked. Never did I feel like I was bothering her or did her replies. She was always exceeded my expectations.
Being a former client of Cheryl made the choice easy. Her professionalism and knowledge of the business was excellent.
Prior to listing our home Cheryl took the time to research comparable homes in the area to better help judge our listing price. She also had a professional photographer take numerous beautiful photos to post on the wide range of realty websites.

My agent Cheryl Speziale has done it again. I originally purchased my home 7 years ago and I wouldn't go to anyone else to sell it. Cheryl has so much knowledge that I don't have to doubt her suggestions or recommendations. If I have any questions or want clarification she is always so patient to explain any and everything to me. When you are selecting an agent you don't realize how important that decision is and how it can affect the selling or buying of your home. If you do not have the right agent you can become doubtful and question your decisions.
