My husband Jim and I purchased our first income property in 2006 and I have been hooked ever since. Real estate is like a treasure hunt for me, there is nothing like finding that hidden treasure for a great price and being able to transform it into a sought after property. Seller reviewCheryl did an excellent job for my Grandparents. My Grandmother was very sick and said she wanted to live long enough to sign the closing paperwork on the house she owned for 50 years. Cheryl scheduled a remote signing that went very smooth. My Grandmother singed the closing paperwork on the house at 1pm and passed away the same night at 11:45pm. Cheryl sent my Grandmother an amazingly heartwarming card that was so compassionate. I could not ask for a better agent to handle the sale of my Grandparents home.
