My husband Jim and I purchased our first income property in 2006 and I have been hooked ever since. Real estate is like a treasure hunt for me, there is nothing like finding that hidden treasure for a great price and being able to transform it into a sought after property. Seller reviewI had used Cheryl to sell my first house, buy a second home, and selling that second home when the time had come for me to pursue my dreams of living in Montana. Not only is Cheryl knowledgeable but she cares about her clients. Her service is outstanding and felt like a friend was walking me through the process. Not only did she do a great job when I was buying (making sure I got a good deal) but did a phenomenal job selling my home too when it came to advertising and making sure everything was in my best interest. The only negative thing is have to say about Cheryl is that she isn't in Montana to be my realtor when the time comes to buy a house here! I don't think any realtor I'll have out here will meet the high standard of service that has been provided to me by Cheryl.
