My husband Jim and I purchased our first income property in 2006 and I have been hooked ever since. Real estate is like a treasure hunt for me, there is nothing like finding that hidden treasure for a great price and being able to transform it into a sought after property. Buyer reviewI was looking for someone that I could trust and knew would be attentive to detail as I am. From a past work relationship I knew Cheryl would have no problem feeling this role. Cheryl has been a great asset during this entire process. She has been available at all times of the day when I had questions or concerns during the purchase of our new home. She has accommodated all my request in a timely manner. She does a fantastic job! Great job! She did everything required to get our house sold really fast!

Seller reviewI had used Cheryl to sell my first house, buy a second home, and selling that second home when the time had come for me to pursue my dreams of living in Montana. Not only is Cheryl knowledgeable but she cares about her clients. Her service is outstanding and felt like a friend was walking me through the process. Not only did she do a great job when I was buying (making sure I got a good deal) but did a phenomenal job selling my home too when it came to advertising and making sure everything was in my best interest. The only negative thing is have to say about Cheryl is that she isn't in Montana to be my realtor when the time comes to buy a house here! I don't think any realtor I'll have out here will meet the high standard of service that has been provided to me by Cheryl.

Seller reviewCheryl walked us through the process of selling our home. What I found to be very intimidating she made comfortable. Cheryl even made some suggestions to the contractor the buyer had selected that helped the sellington process smoother. I think the buyer appreciated Cheryl nearly as much as we did. She was very patient with me and understood what I was looking for and what I wanted in a house. I made Cheryl look at several houses and she was very patient with me. Cheryl was very professional and dependable in helping me look for the perfect home. When I finally found that house, Cheryl was very helpful in the process of making an offer on house, very hands on with the inspection, helping me know what to ask from the sellers, and in the closing process. I am very happy in my choice to work with Cheryl and I appreciate all her help in finding my home.
