I worked in public safety for 17 years; that career helped prepare me for the attention to detail, problem solving, communication and stellar customer service that it takes to be successful for you in your real estate needs. My husband Jim and I purchased our first income property in 2006 and I have been hooked ever since. Real estate is like a treasure hunt for me, there is nothing like finding that hidden treasure for a great price and being able to transform it into a sought after property. Buyer reviewCheryl knows how to do all that she can to help during a sale to buy and to sell. She made numerous trips to our home when we needed to sign things and made calls on our behalf on things we were not getting help with issues that needed resolved before selling our home ( title issues etc.). She never makes you feel like you are anything less than her priority regardless of what we requested. We will ALWAYS suggest her to our friends and family and will never use anyone else. Seller reviewWe listed our house and it sold in 7 days! Three weeks before the closing the buyer decided to back out and we were discouraged, but Cheryl always stayed positive. It was on the market the second time for 3 days and we had an accepted offer. We ran into several bumps along the way, but Cheryl always stayed positive and calm. Cheryl is very knowledgeable about the community and is knowledgeable about the homes themselves. Cheryl is one of a kind. She was always available 24 hours a day 7 days a week and could always answer any questions we had and if she didn't know the answer she would find it and let us know ASAP! Cheryl is good at what she does and I will always recommend her to family and friends.
