My husband Jim and I purchased our first income property in 2006 and I have been hooked ever since. Seller reviewCheryl walked us through the process of selling our home. What I found to be very intimidating she made comfortable. Cheryl even made some suggestions to the contractor the buyer had selected that helped the sellington process smoother. I think the buyer appreciated Cheryl nearly as much as we did. She was very patient with me and understood what I was looking for and what I wanted in a house. I made Cheryl look at several houses and she was very patient with me. Cheryl was very professional and dependable in helping me look for the perfect home. When I finally found that house, Cheryl was very helpful in the process of making an offer on house, very hands on with the inspection, helping me know what to ask from the sellers, and in the closing process. I am very happy in my choice to work with Cheryl and I appreciate all her help in finding my home.
