My husband Jim and I purchased our first income property in 2006 and I have been hooked ever since. Real estate is like a treasure hunt for me, there is nothing like finding that hidden treasure for a great price and being able to transform it into a sought after property. Cheryl has a vast knowledge of the community that we purchased in, and it helped. What I like best about Cheryl is she is very honest, and when you ask her for an opinion, she will give you her true opinion and not tell you something just to make you feel better, that goes a long way. We have a lot of respect for Cheryl and would definitely use Cheryl again if we ever needed to.

Buyer reviewCheryl knows how to do all that she can to help during a sale to buy and to sell. She made numerous trips to our home when we needed to sign things and made calls on our behalf on things we were not getting help with issues that needed resolved before selling our home ( title issues etc.). She never makes you feel like you are anything less than her priority regardless of what we requested. We will ALWAYS suggest her to our friends and family and will never use anyone else.
