Just can't say enough great things about Cheryl. Made the whole process of buying a pleasurable experience! Although we did not have any other interactions with other staff, I will say, every time we met Cheryl at the office everyone was so friendly and kind.

Cheryl made the entire process of buying a vacation home EXTREMELY easy for us - from setting up houses for us to look at through to closing and even afterwards! She is an extremely good listener and communicator - quick to respond via phone, email or text. This was very important to us given that we don't live in North Carolina and had never bought a vacation/rental property before. Cheryl's knowledge of the Outer Banks, real estate market, vendors, costs, and anything else related to buying a house in OBX is incredible. Her recommendations were critical to our negotiation process with the seller. We relied on her for all kinds of information throughout the process and she was always there for us and quick to respond! We felt like Cheryl was our personal realtor, advocate and friend through the entire process of purchasing our home in Nags Head.
