Seller reviewCheryl did a wonderful job from start to end. Cheryl was our realtor for many years. If I had property to sell or was interested in buying property in the area, Cheryl would be the first person I would contact to help me out. Its tough dealing with so many owners of a property (and there were 5 of us, not counting spouses) and its tough fielding questions and concerns from all of them. Cheryl did a great job and never seemed to miss a beat. She knew us, she knew what we wanted, she knew her job, she knew the housing market, she knew people that could help. To us, it was just dirt, so we could sit and wait as long as it took...and Cheryl knew this. She never gave up. Cheryl is helpful and knowledgeable, and great to work with. She will do everything she can to help you with whatever problems or questions or concerns that you have. She is a real asset to her company. She has also become a good friend of mine.T

Always a phone call or email away for all my needs anytime. Even well after normal hours. As a first time home buyer well away from anyone I could ask about buying a house Cheryl came in handy with explaining everything and communicating with me what the steps we were taking were and how the process was working. The stress of home buying wasn't there because she made it so much easier.
