Seller reviewCheryl White was our broker when we bought the condo 3-4 years ago. We remained friends over the years. She was knowledgeable then about the market, areas, our needs and wants. We were extremely happy with her service during the purchase, so it was a natural choice to call her when we decided to sell the condo. Cheryl kept us informed about every detail, and helped the process move along smoothly. There were several folks interested in our condo, and she contacted those realtors when the first contract fell thru due to unfortunate circumstances not related to our condo. Cheryl sold our condo much faster than we expected, a good thing, and a sad thing. When the day comes that we want to buy a home at the OBX again, I will definitely call on Cheryl!
