We had not worked with Chris in the past, and we had not gotten a referral from someone else. We were searching online for a house and his name came up on one of the properties. We were searching for a house in a very tight, fast moving market. Chris was responsive when other agents did not take the time to call back. By the time we heard back from other agents, the houses we wanted to see were already sold.
