We had not worked with Chris in the past, and we had not gotten a referral from someone else. We were searching online for a house and his name came up on one of the properties. We were searching for a house in a very tight, fast moving market. Chris was responsive when other agents did not take the time to call back. By the time we heard back from other agents, the houses we wanted to see were already sold. Chris contacted us immediately and worked with us closely to ensure that we would be able to find a home that fit our needs, at a price we could afford. He listened to our requirements, which made the process go very smoothly and we used our house hunting time efficiently. Chris was also very friendly, energetic and positive. When it was time for paperwork, Chris explained everything thoroughly to make sure we understood what each paper meant for us. Our children were getting tired from looking at houses and Chris joked around with them and made them part of the process as well. So, closing was an exciting day for our whole family. He also had great follow up with issues after the fact (there were a few things that came up during the inspection and Chris helped connect me to the right people to get the repairs completed). I would use Chris in the future for our real estate needs and would definitely recommend him to a friend.

Chris Carson was a great guy to talk to and work with! He did an awesome job of listening to what exactly I was looking for in a property and surrounding community. I was looking for a fixer upper so his knowledge of property and ideas helped give a great visual to show the untapped potiental in houses.
