This is not simply my opinion, this is supported objectively by the facts of our sale and purchase: (1) The sale of our home was for for the price we listed... and not a penny less. (2) He found a buyer within 24 hours. (3) We purchased our new home for the lowest price possible. (4) We set a closing target date and were moving in by noon that day. He made our sale and purchase easy! Chris is also friendly, easy to work with, and highly professional. He doesn't pressure his clients, but is still assertive on your behalf.
