Seller reviewWe could not have imagined listing our house without Chris. Selling a house can often be a very stressful process, and with Chris, selling our house was near stress free due to all the efforts he made to promptly respond to any questions and concerns we had. He was clear, thorough and made certain everything was understood throughout the whole process. We would not want to sell a house without him and cannot recommend him enough.

As a first time home buyer, I felt comfortable asking him any of my potentially ridiculous questions. I also felt like he cared about what I cared about, and did not try to push his opinions on me or influence my decisions, which is a feeling I got from other realtors. I'd recommend him to anyone.

He fought hard for me during negotiations and made me feel like I was important at all times. Chris went above and beyond and made himself available whenever he was needed. Chris was always quick to return my calls, texts and emails in both a professional and friendly way. Any question I had, not only did Chris give an answer, but made sure I fully understood his answer and asked me follow up questions on the same topic to make sure we covered all areas I was not familiar with. I will be recommending Chris to everyone I know!
