Chris Simpkins has been a full time broker since 1995. He has been an award-winning producer since 1996 and is a four time recipient of the Century 21 "Centurion" award--Century 21's highest and most coveted award. In addition, Chris has been awarded as a Century 21 Quality Service Producer and is a Platinum Life Member of the Robertson County Association of REALTORS,' Award of Excellence. Chris' marketing is unmatched in the industry. He and his team use the latest social media marketing, professional photography and when applicable, aerial photography, 3-D Modeling and other marketing techniques that are unique to he and his team. In addition to real estate, Chris is a private pilot and Vice Chairman of the Springfield/Robertson County Joint Airport Board. He is a member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, Robertson County Historical Society, National Rifle Association, past president of the Springfield Lions Club, and is a charter member of his church, where he serves on the board of directors. His hobbies include flying and playing music.

Seller reviewThey did a great job . My house sold in one week . Chris is very well known in Springfield and has a very good reputation. That was very important to me . I have already told some of my friends to call Chris when they get ready to sell . We have a couple of more houses and if we decide to sell them I will be calling Chris .

Buyer reviewI found a small tract of land and the owner REFUSED to use an agent to sell. I asked the owner that if I paid the commission, would he allow the use of Chris Simpkins. He agreed. All while Chris had my best interest in mind, he made both sides fully understand the process and helped the seller where he could. This was not the easiest transaction, but we closed in only 6 weeks, and this included having the survey done and soil tested. Also, worth noting, I am in the Air Force stationed in Anchorage, AK and all this was done telephonically! I really appreciate Chris' help and look forward to having him represent me when choosing and working w/ the builder. Thank you Buddy!!
