Buyer reviewWow!! There is so many things I could say about Mrs. Christine, but excellent is one of them. Knowing her outside of purchasing our first home, I knew she was someone we could trust to get the job done, and fight/negotiate when need be etc. She made our process purchasing as smooth as she possibly could. Christine is caring, professional and a excellent communicator(which is a plus in my book). Her attention to detail is beyond this world, total respect. We felt like we were her only clients from start to finish. If you want the best, you need to get the best, and that is Mrs. Christine Duvall!!

Seller reviewWe stumbled across Christine when inquiring about some land. We had a horrible experience with a realtor 14 years ago when we bought our first home. I was a bit untrustful after what we had gone through, but there was something about her that put me at ease. With her help every step of the way, we put our home up for sale. We were certain that due to the location of our home, it would be on the market forever. Mountain living is not for everyone!! Through this process, we hit quite a few bumps in the road, but Christine was there to truly advocate for us and ensure we were being done right. She was prompt with communication and we never felt like we didn't know what was going on. Our home sold within 2 months!! With out a doubt, Christine knows her stuff. Her experience is invaluable!! I feel so blessed to have found her and feel like I have gained a friend through this. After our first experience with a realtor 14 years ago, I thought none of them could be trusted.... that they were looking out for themselves only. I have learned that with Christine, her clients are her number one! We have sold and are now looking forward to working with Christine to buy some land and build our dream home.
