Buyer reviewMy husband and I just bought our first house and we could not have done it without Christine! From the moment of first contact, I truly felt she was there for us. She had our backs every step of the way, from house hunting to making an offer to even after closing. She helped us shop for houses as if it were her own while keeping our wants and needs at the top of the priority list. She is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and does her research. We weren't afraid to ask questions and she answered the questions we didn't know to ask. We already plan to use her services for all of our future real estate needs; I definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. I feel like I made a friend for life!

Seller reviewFirst and foremost Christine is a friend. She's part of the family. She went above and beyond in selling my home. Her knowledge of selling homes is incredible! Christine was always readily available when I had questions. She's so patient and kind. When she first went in my house to prepare it for sale she had me remove some furniture and pictures on the wall. Just doing that made my house look so much cleaner and more beautiful! She even let me borrow some of her things to help me prepare one bedroom that was looking pretty bad, but she turned it into a beautiful room! I know Christine and her beautiful family will be lifelong friends. I love you Christine to the moon and back!

Christine was so easy to communicate with and she delivered on all of her promises. She really inderstood the market and we sold for exactly the list price she estimated! Seller reviewA great marketing plan. But the ultimate deciding factor was her knowledge the area and our HOA specifically. We liked that she listened to us and our needs and followed through. But we can't stop praising her for all the work she did to take care of issues uncovered during the inspection. We had a contract within 10 days of going on the market and were able to close on time because of Christine. You can trust Christine. And it was fun working with her. I don't know what more you could do to be better than you are. Fabulous experience for us. Christine made it fast and easy. And we had a full price offer within 10 days. Christine is honest, she listens, and she works hard.
