Buyer reviewChristine Duvall was so helpful in my house hunting needs. Within days of meeting, I was getting MLS listings in my email so I could find a new home with the selling of mine. She provided homes meeting my criteria and all of a sudden I found a home in a different location. She went the "extra mile(s)" to check out the new home with me, worked well with the listing agent and made buying the home a smooth transaction. She was responsive when I had questions on the new home and was able to get me detailed information. She made the decision to move a little further away than I anticipated much easier. I highly recommend Christine Duvall for all real estate needs!!

Seller reviewI had previously seen Christine Duvall's signs in adjoining neighborhoods and decided to reach out. I actually reached out twice, the first time was a few years ago, we met and she discussed what was needed to really sell the house. It may have taken me some time, but I took her advice and then called her again when I was finally ready to sell. (I had a year of getting projects done during pandemic.). I reached out again, she showed up the next day, remembered previous recommendations and was ready to help me sell. Christine was very helpful in explaining the process and keeping me posted through the process. She was very responsive to my calls, texts, and emails. I would highly recommend Christine Duvall for your selling and buying needs.

Equally important to me, she was understanding, patient, and always accessible in a timely manner to help me find and purchase my home. Christine was more than polite, she was an enthusiastic, caring partner in working on the purchase. I was looking for an older, historical home, which reduces the potential properties; and I was particular about finding "the one" that felt just right for me. A tall order, but Christine was well up to the challenge and worked tirelessly (and patiently) to ensure I found exactly that. She showed me many properties and in the end nailed it! At every turn Christine exceeds expectations for every aspect of a property sale and I could not think of using anyone but her to either buy or sell a property.
