Seller reviewI had previously seen Christine Duvall's signs in adjoining neighborhoods and decided to reach out. I actually reached out twice, the first time was a few years ago, we met and she discussed what was needed to really sell the house. It may have taken me some time, but I took her advice and then called her again when I was finally ready to sell. (I had a year of getting projects done during pandemic.). I reached out again, she showed up the next day, remembered previous recommendations and was ready to help me sell. Christine was very helpful in explaining the process and keeping me posted through the process. She was very responsive to my calls, texts, and emails. I would highly recommend Christine Duvall for your selling and buying needs.

At every turn Christine exceeds expectations for every aspect of a property sale and I could not think of using anyone but her to either buy or sell a property. Finally in 2021 we found our dream property! Christine made the process stress free! Her knowledge of the area and the market is astonishing! Long story short….not only did we decide to work with Christine to purchase our property, she sold our house and is now representing us through the construction phase for our future home!!
