When I saw Christine Duvall's profile, I knew she would be a perfect fit for what I was looking for in a real estate agent as a buyer in the Fredericksburg area. Not only did her qualifications speak for themselves, but she seemed attuned to what her clients needed as well. I found out in working with her that not only was she knowledgeable about the area, but she genuinely cared about our needs and worked hard on our behalf--even if we were new first-time home buyers, she worked tirelessly to educate us about what to look for in a home. It worked--and she found us the perfect home that met our needs! We were buyers in this situation, and even though there were road bumps along the way (entirely out of Christine's control), she ensured we were protected every step of the way. She helped us make an offer immediately (literally over the weekend) and worked with the sellers on issues that came up along the way. We made one--I repeat one--offer, and it was accepted thanks to Christine's advice and guidance, and in return we now live in our dream home!
