She really took into account what we needed and did her best to only show us properties that would work for us. Christine also went above and beyond when we actually found a house. She put us in touch with a flooring company, electrician, and fencing companies. She has made sure that this process has gone as smooth as possible for us. It really has been a huge relief to know that we have someone who cares so much and is so knowledgeable helping us find and finalize everything for our new home. We decided to contact Christine Duvall after reading about her successful record in direct mailings. Christine's experience in the area says volumes for how she conducts business. Our house sold in 4 weeks and I feel that was the result of how it was presented. Christine had great photos taken after staging the house. She kept in regular contact with us and advised us how to proceed. We will be talking with her about selling our next house and farm property. To say we were pleased with her skill is an understatement.
