Buyer reviewIn my opinion there is no one better to help you make a huge life changing decision (like buying or selling a home) then Christine Duvall. This is not my first or second or even third time working with Christine. She has help me sell and buy on 4 different occasions. Her knowledge, dedication and professionalism by far exceeded any expectation I thought I had going into the stressful nature of selling and buying a home and that's why without a doubt I continue to seek her out. My most recent purchase was a very personal and emotional situation that Christine handled with the up most delicacy and compassion and was there every step of the way. She not only went above any beyond to answer any questions or concerns I had durning the process but she gave me the confidence and comfort of knowing I wasn't alone and again had my back every step of the way. She had our backs every step of the way, from house hunting to making an offer to even after closing. She helped us shop for houses as if it were her own while keeping our wants and needs at the top of the priority list. She is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and does her research. Seller reviewFirst and foremost Christine is a friend. She's part of the family. She went above and beyond in selling my home. Her knowledge of selling homes is incredible! Christine was always readily available when I had questions. She's so patient and kind. When she first went in my house to prepare it for sale she had me remove some furniture and pictures on the wall. Just doing that made my house look so much cleaner and more beautiful! She even let me borrow some of her things to help me prepare one bedroom that was looking pretty bad, but she turned it into a beautiful room! I know Christine and her beautiful family will be lifelong friends. I love you Christine to the moon and back!
