Christine Jenkins goes above and beyond. She is patient, available, kind and hard-working. When issues arose she was positive and I felt like she was my advocate. I had a very unusual situation with my purchase but Christine informed me every step of the way to keep my up to date with what was going on. I looked forward to seeing her each time we met. What made Christine stand out above other realtors that I worked with is I felt like she really took time to listen to what I wanted and needed. Christine has been an acquaintance for years in the community. She is always pleasant, positive, high energy, and very hard-working. I found CJ very creative, helpful, and generous through all aspects of the sale and close Christine's assistant, Lianne, was also very pleasant and extremely helpful with the routine and challenging circumstances we faced. Christine was great to work with from start to finish. She had a clear vision for the house, and was kind and professional in all suggestions. She even provided items to help stage the house, and found very reasonable and highly skilled workmen to improve the property as needed. The element of trust in her and those she recommended was very important to me. Christine was very available, and always responded to texts or calls almost immediately, despite her busy schedule.

Cj was recommended to me by my lender. He hadn't met her but she was well recommended in the 'business' for her professionalism and knowledge of the greater Auburn area. She immediately set me up with a real estate profile for listings both active and those closed so I would have a better feel for the market. If I had any questions, CJ was on it immediately. She was accessible and very knowledgeable. I appreciated her community involvement plus her working relationships with other real estate agents in the community. CJ has spent a lot of time making herself knowledgeable in all area's of a clients potential needs. CJ also made sure I was aware of the safety measures under COVID and adhered to the recommendations of the CA Board of Realtors. Being safe was important to me too. Since we have been on COVID 'shelter in place', it was important to make sure I had an agent who not only knew 'pocket' area's of Auburn but also was an excellent communicator by phone, text, email. I 'interviewed' CJ by phone and was impressed by listening skills, and intuitively picking up on exactly what I was looking for. When my 'dream house' hit multiple, CJ was on it! I was able to see it within 4 hours and she helped me write up an offer that the sellers were so pleased with that they accepted it immediately. My 'dream house' just closed and I now have my 'dream agent'. CJ has been wonderful to work with. She was with me every step of the way.
