Seller reviewI would recommend Christine Jenkins to anyone, but particularly to those trying to deal with a home sale for parents or others have died or been forced to relocate. CJ's knowledge of local resources is impressive, and if needed she will pull them in to handle whatever is required. In situations like mine, there are often parties who are not directly involved but have a strong interest in the outcome. For example, my siblings were offering questions/comments from afar. CJ dealt graciously and professionally with that situation. She was also very reassuring when she discussed the process with my mother. I suppose it is reasonable to assume that most realtors have a grasp of the basics, but what sets CJ apart is her understanding of the people she's working with. She knows when to push a little, when to step back, when to adjust the schedule, and when to celebrate. I could not be more satisfied with the good end of a difficult journey.
