Buyer reviewWow! Where do we even start. The transition from the home we sold to our new home was absolutely seamless, a miracle if you ask us! Somehow, in this crazy market… Christine managed to find a house that just about checked every last box on our list. We couldn't be happier. She went above and beyond to ensure the process went smoothly. She even set up an extra showing so our family could come and see it after we had our offer accepted. She was also able to get our closing date bumped up a week so that we could move in early. She has continued to follow up since we closed and moved in. This goes to show the care she has for her clients. 10/10 would and WILL continue to recommend her! She's a rockstar!

Seller reviewThis house was inherited by us when our dad passed away. Christine was so considerate of this. She went above and beyond in all areas of this sale and made it a smooth process. We originally had another realtor in mind, but he could not sell our home because it was in a different state. He recommended Christine because of her knowledge and experience. We were debating between her and another realtor and chose her because of her kind personality and knowledge of selling our type of home. This is why we chose her over the other realtor we were considering. Christine was so accommodating to our tight schedules. It was an overall great experience working with her.

Buyer reviewFrom finding the right mobile home, to negotiating the price, to the closing, Christine did an outstanding steering me through the house buying process. Knowledgeable of mobile homes, she would point out problems and issues during inspections that I might have missed that could have meant costly repairs in the future. And when I found the right house, she guided me painlessly through the sometimes difficult negotiating process to get me a fair price. Always accessible, she would respond quickly to texts and phone calls. If I am ever in need of another real estate agent, Christine Matheny will be my first choice.
