Buyer reviewWe did receive high quality service from Christine Matheny. She is a Great and Creative Realtor! Our 1031 Exchange for the Portside property entailed her going to the house several times for workmen's entry. She was always willing and prompt. We would not hesitate for a moment to refer Christine to a Seller or Buyer. Buyer reviewI really enjoyed working with Christine Matheny. I had met her in passing at an open house and wrote my name on her contact sheet, as I usually did. She was the first agent that actually reached out to me after the open house. She had wanted to know if the place I looked at was something I really was interested in. I mentioned soe things I was really looking for in a home and she asked if it was okay if she sent me some listings I might be interested. I thought "Sure why not?" She totally followed through. She only sent me things that were in my price range and included things I was looking for. Then it was Kismet! She saw something she thought would be perfect for me and called me in case I didn't see it. Christine made everything, from offer to closing so easy!! She gave good advice and recommendations. I would recommend her to everyone I know looking for a home!

Christine treated us like we were her only client. She responded to our questions on a moments notice. She worked harder than any agent I have ever worked with to get our house sold. Then when we were ready to buy our next home she was available to show us homes any time her schedule would allow. She provided valuable guidance thru the offer process and helped us avoid mistakes we almost made on our own. I will never use another agent as long as she is available and I will strongly recommend her to anyone who asks.
