Our 1031 Exchange for the Portside property entailed her going to the house several times for workmen's entry. She was always willing and prompt. Buyer reviewI really enjoyed working with Christine Matheny. I had met her in passing at an open house and wrote my name on her contact sheet, as I usually did. She was the first agent that actually reached out to me after the open house. She had wanted to know if the place I looked at was something I really was interested in. I mentioned soe things I was really looking for in a home and she asked if it was okay if she sent me some listings I might be interested. I thought "Sure why not?" She totally followed through. She only sent me things that were in my price range and included things I was looking for. Then it was Kismet! She saw something she thought would be perfect for me and called me in case I didn't see it. Christine made everything, from offer to closing so easy!! She gave good advice and recommendations. I would recommend her to everyone I know looking for a home!
