Her efforts made the selling of our home go as smoothly as possible and what could have been stressful, enjoyable. She is clearly very knowledgeable and attentive to all the aspects of buying and selling real estate, and completely respectful of her clients' wants and needs. She was excellent at communicating between us and the other parties involved with the sell of our home. We're very grateful for her service.

Her level of professionalism, availability and constant communication made the process extremely enjoyable. She did a fantastic job at staying close to prospective buyers, and then with the selling agent as we entered into a contract.Christine has a vast experience and knowledge of real estate contracts, and was extremely patient with explaining all of our options in layman's terms. Christine was over the top friendly and even brought me a homemade remedy and gift when I was sick. She went above and beyond and we really appreciate all she did for us. I would highly recommend Christine Stout to represent you!
