When I contacted the company and told them Chris had recommended I call them, they said they would do everything to help me get the repairs done economically and quickly because I was a client of Chris. She came back to my home several times to help me get the house staged for photos and showings. Chris kept me informed on a timely basis and was easily accessible. She worked around my schedule and broke all steps of the sale and closing into easy to follow next steps. At the beginning of the processes Chris helped me make a list of priorities. When I had decisions to make, after explaining the options and listening to my concerns, she guided me back to my list of priorities which made making the decisions a clear and comfortable experience. Chris carefully explains the contracts and informed me of potential risks and concerns. She offered advise when requested and allowed me the space to make my own decisions. She listened to and respectfully accommodated my responses and requests to the buyers and their agents. Overall Chris is a well informed, organized and high performing agent. It was a pleasure to do business with her. I would without hesitation recommend her as a real estate agent.
