Seller reviewChris helped me buy my first house, then also helped me sell it a year later after I got an unexpected job offer ten hours away. In both cases, he was consistently professional, friendly, and willing to explain all aspects of the real estate transaction. I ended up walking away with more money after the sale than I had expected, even after commissions. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone buying or selling in the Houghton area, especially younger / inexperienced folks who would appreciate learning the ins and outs of purchasing or selling.

You can tell he honestly cares about his clients and all involved in the transaction. Not only that, but he helped steer us perfectly in both selling and buying our properties. He has the perfect combination of caring for his clients and knowledge of the market to provide the best pricing advise for selling/buying. You could tell that it made Chris happy to help us achieve our goals. We cannot recommend him enough. We will surely work with him again in any future transactions.
