Chris exceeded those expectations, he had my complete trust in every aspect of the 2 transactions. He knew the area, the price range, was very easy to communicate with whenever I needed. Gave advice on both the good and bad of various aspects on each transaction and helped me make the right decision. I would highly recommend. Living in lower southeast Michigan, was a bit nervous selling the properties in estate as a result of a death. Made me comfortable with all aspects. Would highly recommend. If I look to purchase in the area in the future, would use again without hesitation. Thank you.
