Working with Chris Coponen was a great experience, he both listed and sold our house and found the house we recently purchased. Chris was always looking for a house that fit our needs and when he found one he always contacted us immediately. Chris was the best agent I have worked with yet, always going out of his way to find information and answer the questions as quickly as possible. As long as he is an agent we will use him every time.

I found a house online that I as interested in viewing and wrote my contact information on the site. Chris was very prompt to get back to me and seemed very professional and ready to get us into our first home. When having problems with the agency I was borrowing from, Chris contacted them serval times in various ways to keep the loan process moving. He explained everything I needed to know and in great detail. When I was having difficulties with the company I was borrowing through Chris listened and was able to talk me through it and give me some advice of what to do, as well as made some phone calls himself. When progress was slow, Chris did everything he could to push it along, in a timely manner, so that we can get our home.

We had a rocky closing process as a result of the bank, seller, and appraisal company, but Chris did a great job keeping us informed throughout the entire process. He was quick to reply to emails and phone call so and was always available if we had questions.
