Buyer reviewIn April Christopher Perrotti helped me sell my condo which I owned for almost 20 years. My goal at that time was to get out of a very bad mortgage which I was having a hard time to cover, plus due to a medical issue, I was having difficulty climbing the steps to my second floor. When you hire Chris as your realtor he takes a personal interest in your needs and really works hard to get you the best possible outcome. After moving in with family, I was unsure I would never own a property again and be forced to rent as my situation was unique. Over the past 7 months Chris kept looking for the perfect house for me and my husband. Within three days our offer was accepted for a single level 2 bedroom which was bigger than the condo I sold. Chris Perrotti worked diligently to find us houses to look at in our price rage. Chris was always quick to respond to texts and emails, and there were MANY. This was our first time buying a house and he helped us understand everything along the way. After a couple stressful weeks of going open houses that were already in bidding wars, Chris insisted we look at a house he felt would be perfect for us. It had only been on the market 4 days. The house was outdated on the inside and I really wasn't interested; we begrudging went to look at that house. Only a few steps in the door and I knew that it was OUR house. We bought that house and I am so in love with it, all thanks to our agent, Chris Perrotti! I would definitely recommend Christ Perrotti to anyone looking for an agent!

Chris handled everything and kept well informed along they way. He had worked with on a number of occasions with my attorney which made the process even easier. I was a teacher for over 30 years so I kinow the value of effective communication. Chris a former teacher himself made sure I was well informed of the process especially on what to expect next. I worked in the Hospitality Event business with Chris for almost 20 years. He excelled at making customers happy, especially in a business setting. I that has really helped him become a great realtor. Kathy at the front desk was always pleasant and accommodating. Considering we were under contract in less than 24 hours and Chris showed my condo a few times on the fourth of July, I was impressed. When he told me what the offer was, I was blown away. My condo sold for the highest price ever. Chris suggested we be aggressive and it paid off.
