Seller reviewChris inherited a very difficult transaction and worked with Century 21 Sunbelt to sell my condo. Together they exceeded all of my expectations. After my attempt to sell the condo as a private sale, I was very nervous and anxious. Chris kept me informed and grounded during the whole process After struggling with a private sale that fell through, I asked Chris to recruit a company in Florida to sell my condo. It was not just a referral as he worked as my representative with the agent in Florida to make this happen. All of this occurred right after the major hurricane that hit Naples Florida. As that community came to a standstill, Chris worked with C21 Sunbelt to sell my condo for more then I was expecting. When Chris approached me and told me that we would be working with Century 21 Sunbelt and that he would handle the entire process with one of their top agents, I was relaxed as I trusted his judgment and professionalism.
