Seller reviewChristy is one of the most genuine, trustworthy, professional, caring, patient, transparent, and dedicated realtors we have ever met. During COVID-19, we were highly anxious to show the house, she calmed our fears, answered all our questions and accomodated us by creating a template we agreed on. Fortunately for us, we received an offer in less than 24 hours and only showed our home to one family, that family purchased our home. Christy will go out of her way to read each page of the contract to us, fully explained things we were unsure about, she makes you feel like you are her only client (although we know she's super busy!), and effectively communicates throughout the whole process. Selling a home can be so stressful, but with Christy's guidance and expertise we were able to stay afloat and sold our home! We have already told Christy that she will sell our parents home and have recommended her to three of our family friends. Christy is now a part of our family, she is truly amazing!
