Seller reviewChristy went above and beyond for me. I was out of town during the sale and settlement of my property. Christy went to the property numerous times to make sure the contractor repairs were completed, dumpted basement dehumidifier, swept the basement. Made sure everything was in order for the walk thru. I couldn't have sold the property without her. I don't know of any realtor that would do that for a client. Christy would always make time for you no matter what she was doing, as if you were her only client.

We were new to the selling process, and she was always understanding and helpful in the process. As soon as I asked a question, she was getting back to me quickly, and taking her time to explain what it all meant. At the closing, she was there and stood her ground when things were not right, and made sure I got my money in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Christy Gartland for your selling needs.
