Seller reviewWe interviewed several agents. Christy impressed us with her experience, honesty and knowledge on the value of our home and the Southern Maryland area. She didn't tell us what we wanted to hear; she told us her view based on her knowledge and we respected her opinion. Christy Gartland was amazing and sold our house quickly! Christy was very knowledgeable, helpful, professional and really was the best agent we've ever worked with. I would recommend her to anyone in the Southern Maryland area. I wish she was here in California to help us buy a house here.

Seller reviewAs Personal Representative of my late mother's estate, I was responsible for the sale of her home. Recent tragic events made the process difficult and emotional for me, but Christy showed such compassion for my situation that my task was made bearable and never became overwhelming. Her input for prepping the home proved profitable when 3 bids were generated by 15 showings in the first 2 days of listing. All 3 bids were over the asking price and we closed on the sale within 7 weeks. I could not have imagined a smoother process and am grateful to Christy for her professionalism and experience. I would recommend her to anyone interested in selling their home.

She held my hand through the entire sale and understood how difficult it was to give up a family property. I couldn't have done it without her. I loved the marketing publications (the brochures and postcards), though we sold the house so fast they were unnecessary!

Buyer reviewPersonality and ease of contacting are considered. Christy was more than the average agent. She was able to address my wants and needs and provided a working team for me. I was able to find and move in to my "dream house" six months before my original target date. This was only made possible by her hard work and dedication. My original date was for March of 2018 to begin the daunting task of house shopping. Instead i was able to start shopping with a pre-qualification in October !!! As of this writing I'm in my living room of my new home writing this survey and it's February, I've been here since December. Couldn't be happier
