Seller reviewIve never sold a house before. Christy Gartland was there to: Find me a qualified buyer in days of listing the property. Make recommendations on improvements to better that would help the home sell. Double check the comps to substantially increase the asking price Be there to meet with contractors Negotiate numerous hurdles in my absence. When an issue arose Christy listened to what I thought and gave advise on how best to respond often assuring and tweaking what I thought to bring about a resolution Suffice to say, I cannot begin to imagine finding a better agent. She went WAY above any expectations I may have had.
